 This private Hospital Dubai is a 143 bed, acute care, general medical/surgical hospital whose mission is to provide high quality Western standard healthcare that will meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the people of Dubai, the UAE and the surrounding Gulf States.The hospital is looking for their Assistant Director of Nursing who will participate and support the DON in the operations of the facility's Nursing Department to safeguard and ensure the health, safety and welfare of their clients. The ADON coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to hospital’s clinical systems and regulatory compliance for the facility. The ADON is responsible for collecting, trending, analyzing and reporting data and manages the nursing department in the absence of the DON. | Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Must be Western educated and trained preferably in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and/or any native English speaking countries. Must be an RN with at least 2 years experience in a supervisory position at a skilled nursing facility. Must be currently licensed and preferably with UAE experience.
