 WORK DUTIES: 1. Perform engineering jobs related to well planning, well design, performance evaluation, and technical evaluation and recommendations 2. Prepare detail plan of drilling plan and its budget including cost plan per well, resource required, material, contract services, and AFE (Authorized for Expenditure) 3. Prepare AFE for drilling programs and submit to supervisor for their review and coordinate the compilation of supporting documents for respected AFE with Exploration and Reservoir Engineering 4. Organize the execution of approved drilling plans and budgets to satisfy company's needs for development, delineation and exploration drilling at efficient cost 5. Monitor daily drilling and work over well site activities to ensure adherence to approved program and Company safety policies 6. Develop Drilling Engineering standards that allow for competitiveness and comply with International standards that meet or exceed government requirements 7. Evaluates and recommends new drilling technologies and techniques 8. Prepares tenders specs, scopes of work, and perform tender evaluations for service contracts, materials and logistics for operational requirements and efficiencies 9. Monitor and control the execution of approved budgeted and work program for effectiveness & efficiency; review invoices related to drilling operations 10. Prepare AFE Close out report to be approved by management, partner and local government 11. Manage the accomplishment of Key Performance Indicators of Drilling Department | |
| Position Requirements | |
| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | 1. Bachelor degree majoring in Petroleum 2. Detailed knowledge of related work in Drilling Engineering and Operations and familiarity with related work in Reservoir and Exploration 3. Minimum of 6-year experience in similar field/business on onshore and offshore drilling operations 4. Good verbal skill, presentation skill, report writing skill 5. Supervisory skills |
