| We’re an excursion company and we have a hostel based in Antigua, Guatemala. Currently, we’re looking to hire someone for 6 months, starting in May 2012 until October 2012 to run our business. You would be the Guatemala site manager and you would oversees all the basic operations of Outdoor Excursions (O.X.) as well as the Base Camp Hostel. This includes communicating with the owner and managing staff and their duties. | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | I can’t stress this enough: you have to be super reliable and extremely competent. The person we are looking for must have the following qualifications: -Previous work and/or travel in a similar field -Spanish and English fluency -Ability to properly and effectively oversee and manage a team of approximately 10 people (Guides, office staff, general help) -Great communication skills -Excellent time management skills -Ability to meet deadlines -Problem solving skills -Excels under pressure -Personable, outgoing and energetic -Basic marketing and accounting skills Additional assets: -Love of the outdoors If you think this might suit you and would like additional information please contact us! |
