 Our client is a well-established pharmaceutical & cosmetic products distributor based in Dbayeh looking to recruit a sales manager to be in charge of the distribution to and coverage of pharmacies across the country. The Candidate: Male between the age of 30 and 45 years. Must have a similar experience of at least 3 to 4 years. Proven management & leadership skills, and the drive to lead by example. Must be motorized. The Role: to manage the distribution teams, to regularly visit all pharmacies to ensure proper coverage, feedback, and relationship. To motivate and support team members, to train them on new products, improve their sales skills, and introduce them to new product lines. To achieve sales targets and ensure proper reporting. Education: Biology, chemistry, or pharmacy degree holder. Remuneration package: $2500 to $3500 depending on experience + Commission + Transportation + Petrol & phone allowance + NSSF. | |
