 Recruitment 24/7 currently has a vacancy for a Safety / Quality and Training Systems Officer working with one of our major clients in Toowoomba.This is a permanent fulltime position working Monday to Friday. The Safety / Quality and Training Systems Officer must be able to deliver safety inductions / work instructions to employees and Sub-contractors. Some of your key areas of responsibility will be to deliver safety inductions / work instructions to employees and Sub-contractors, data base management, training co – ordination, return to work programs, and be involved the scheduling , stores management, planning and continuous improvement of work to name a few. It is essential that the successful applicants must be computer literate, be confident with word, excel spread sheets data entry and posses a Cert IV in OH/S or be in the process of studying towards gaining one. It would also be an advantage if the successful applicant had a forklift licence. You will have a high attention to detail and deliver accurate work. A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required as you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work. You are required to deliver quality service and be able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
