| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | • Results Oriented • Ability to perform on a flexible work schedule • Current active CA Real Estate License helpful • Real Estate, Interior Design, Sales background preferred • Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, organizational skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills • Specifically the ability to coordinate multiple activities for numerous accounts. • Skilled in business networking • A willingness and ability to learn and understand the services provided • Manage time effectively • Competent with MS Outlook and Office. • Self starter focused on relationship building and sales results. |
