|Sales & Marketing Position|
Upscale home staging and design company is seeking ambitious, hardworking, and loyal employees for the greater Orange / Los Angeles / San Diego County areas.
The company is currently hiring passionate results-oriented people who are enthusiastic and engaging.
• Meet and engage with realtors, banks, investment groups, developers, and home owners (potential clients) to enter into upscale home staging agreements.
• Manage relationships with existing clients
• Manage Home Managers, Interior Designers, Photographers
• Provide excellent customer service
Successful Candidates will be self-starters and eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
|Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:||• Results Oriented|
• Ability to perform on a flexible work schedule
• Current active CA Real Estate License helpful
• Real Estate, Interior Design, Sales background preferred
• Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, organizational skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Specifically the ability to coordinate multiple activities for numerous accounts.
• Skilled in business networking
• A willingness and ability to learn and understand the services provided
• Manage time effectively
• Competent with MS Outlook and Office.
• Self starter focused on relationship building and sales results.
