| We are a Property Preservation Company and are looking for some motivated, hardworking individuals that are willing to join our team in Tennessee and surrounding areas. Experience in property preservation work preferred but not required. Our workload includes, but is not limited to: board-ups, lawn maintenance, lock changes, winterizations, trash outs, roof repairs, minor home repair work, repair estimates, etc. You will need the following items in order to complete the required work: RELIABLE Transportation, ALL lawn equipment (mower, edger, trimmer, blower), trailer, generator, water pump, drill, (other misc. tools), cleaning supplies and materials, cell phone, digital camera WITH date stamp capability, computer and internet to upload photos and prepare reports. You MUST be well organized and detail oriented. You MUST be able to manage your time wisely and plan your workday route in the most efficient manner possible. Orders MUST be completed AND submitted ON TIME. Communication between you and our office is of the utmost importance, so good verbal and written documentation skills are a must! You must be able to meet financial requirements for some work orders such as materials, dump fees, etc. Please include a working telephone number and a list of the counties you are willing to cover when replying to this ad. | |
