| The ideal candidate The Retail Business Development Manager will be a results-driven self-starter with a highly developed understanding of the Retail and Distribution sector. You will have first class communications skills, energy, enthusiasm and the ability to bring growth to the business. The ideal candidate will be over the age of 21 and have a full driving licence. Sound people and communication skills are a must. The Location. The vacancies are LIW (Location Independent Working). Your chosen place of work must have internet access. The Job You will be required to maintain and expand a retail customer base within the agreed area of work. Generate new business ('hunter' role and not a 'farmer' role). The ability to cold call and generate own appointments, leads and pipeline is absolutely essential. You will lead, train and coach individuals through our retail programme.
