| A talented and dynamic Sales Manager needed for the Latin American region. Qualified individuals should have experience with recruiting and managing distribution partners outside of the United States. In addition the individual should possess intimate knowledge of the live production processes and workflow within television station news and sports departments. Ideally this person would also have knowledge of web video technologies and associated markets such as print media, event videographers and other prosumer users. Sales duties include but are not limited to: * Manage International Distributor inquiries by providing technical information about products and services, prepare quotes, track status of orders * Recruit new resellers and distributors as appropriate; manage all facets of existing partners, especially sales leads and forecasts. Drive channel partners to quarterly performance targets. * Provide Forecasting and Order Management support for efficient order processing * Enter, manage and track RMA and consignment inventory for customers * Evaluate and filter distributor applications * Serve as Sales Support resource for Distributors to answer questions, resolve issues, propose solutions and proactively communicate to improve sales process and opportunities * Utilize consultative selling techniques to build, implement and drive immediate sales and establish long-term relationships with accounts * Serve as a solution based consultant for key partners including sales calls & presentations * Create account action plans for each distributor/reseller as well as set and meet revenue goals for designated product line * Understand all aspects of our business which includes: working with distribution channels, mechanics of conducting a sale, market needs, trade shows, and sales strategies * Develop a pipeline of opportunities that supports the individual’s sales goals The company offers : * Base Salary * Quarterly bonus based on hitting quarterly goals * Fast paced, fast growth environment * Medical and Dental plans * And more! | |
| Position Requirements | |
| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Requirements * Must be fluent in Spanish (fluency in Portuguese desired) * Minimum 10 years Field Sales * International travel clearance (valid US Passport, VISA approved for Brazil) * Must be available for travel 2-3 weeks per month * Experience selling into television stations and other broadcast segments * Technically capable person able to demonstrate complex solutions and discuss technical features in detail * Bachelor’s Degree preferred * Excellent verbal , written, communication, and presentation skills * Collaboration skills to build relationships * Strong customer service skills with internal and external customers * Detail oriented and organized * Computer skills (Microsoft Office) |
