Job Description Conduct in-depth market research and intelligence for specific sector(s) of specialization. Identify, open and manage accounts and ensure effective service delivery in order to generate positive results for client to return. Craft and present business proposals for various HR Consulting services that suit clients’ needs. Negotiate and secure assignments at prevailing rate. Work closely with Project Consultants to source for best-fit candidates locally and regionally through thorough interviews and reference checks.
