 Our client a neutral software development company based in Limassol Cyprus is seeking to recruit a Web developer. Our client provides premium products to the foreign exchange industry. The team is comprised of highly professional developers from all over the world, highly adaptive developers who keep-up-to-date with new technologiesYou will work with other developers developing new Web applications as identified by supervisor and management, in order to create a cutting edge HTML 5 trading platform. You will be developing using Agile methodologies, creating the front end GUI of the trading platform. You will maintain and enhance existing Web applications, perform complete testing of Web applications unit and system engaging users as necessary, conduct all user acceptances testing, and report results. You will design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use. You will develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing. You will develop external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information. | Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | BSc Degree in Computer Science/Multimedia/Interactive Design or related field Minimum 3+ years of solid working experience in web developer position Expert professional experience with JavaScript, PHP5, CSS3, HTML5, AJAX, SVG and communication protocols Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) Familiar with open source platforms like WordPress and PHP Frameworks, like Symfony, CakePHP Experience with testing and version control systems Experience with applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash will be favorably considered Fluency in English language |
