| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | • At least 1 year of technical experience in IT area is a must • Excellent knowledge of English and French or Russian (is a must) • Help desk, customer service or support experience with problem solving would be an asset • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team • Willingness to work various shifts • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) |
