| Position Requirements | |
| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | • Diploma or Certificate in IT/Computer Engineering with 2-3 years working experience in technical support within a call center environment. • Some Knowledge of basic IT networking technologies and various operating system setup & configurations. • Enthusiastic and communicative, pro-active and takes pleasure in giving higher-than-expected quality service to customers. • To be based in Singapore |
