• To provide technical support to our customer in Chinese & Bahasa language for phone support.
• To provide technical support to our customer via email for all languages (English, Chinese & Bahasa)
• To provide level 2 support to our outsourced call center.
• To handle technical escalations to our HQ R&D
• To test new product & create training slides.
|Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:||• Diploma or Certificate in IT/Computer Engineering with 2-3 years working experience in technical support within a call center environment. |
• Some Knowledge of basic IT networking technologies and various operating system setup & configurations.
• Enthusiastic and communicative, pro-active and takes pleasure in giving higher-than-expected quality service to customers.
• To be based in Singapore
