Manage and take care of customer transactions
Settle daily transactions for customers
Coordinate with all concerned parties for general and technical issues
Perform monthly transaction reconciliation
Support all customer registration activities
Provide technical training in online report and credit card machine to customers and solve technical issues
Coordinate with customers to implement/install the product hardware/software and prepare the weekly installation report
Support any internal technical activities
Position Requirements
Skills / Industry Qualifications Required:Male. Thai Nationality, age in between 20-30 years old
At least 2 years in similar position
Good personality, good attitude, and good interpersonal skills
Good command of English – speaking, reading and writing
Good computer literacy especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Able to work up-country
Fast learner, creative, innovative and able to deliver
Education Level Required:Bachelor
Experience Required to qualify for consideration:Less than 1 Year
