| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree / MBA - advantage 10–15 years of management experience in a growth wireless or wire line network environment. WiMax knowledge - must. Practical experience with deployment, optimization and operation of medium-large size networks. Thorough understanding of RF and microwave propagation and broadband modulation techniques. Experience leading large-scale network deployment and optimization projects. In-depth knowledge of project planning methodologies and best practices. Vendor relations and negotiation skills and experience. Network deployment and site build experience. Program and project management experience. |
