 We are looking for SENIOR TOUR OPERATOR/SUPERVISOR (Thai/English or Chinese) to help handle our expanding business.Working with an experienced team, you will be in daily contact with our clients and sales offices, processing bookings, answering questions and creating travel itineraries. We have clients from all over the world, however we specialize in China markets. A good Tour Operator in Reservation Department has an excellent eye for detail, a totally professional mind-set, is good with numbers and has a creative side to their character. Successful candidates will have bright minds and be keen to learn about an exciting and rewarding segment of the travel industry. Job Description: • Corresponding with overseas travel agents and partners of the company and provide them accurate, up-to-date and correct travel information • Handling all business from our agents as assigned for various markets • Corresponding and advising clients (overseas tour operators, and travel agents) • Working with the operations to coordinate ground operations and other tour itinerary requests. • Advising the operations Department on all aspects of business if needed • Make quotations and reconfirm bookings with/for overseas agents • Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels • Issue invoices for each booking and assist accounting department with regards to payment • Ensure all sales are reported in Tour plan or your sales report. | |

| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | Qualifications: • International – Male or Female • Excellent command of written and spoken Thai, be able to speak Chinese or English • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Minimum 2 year experience with Inbound Tour Operator or Related field • Good attitude, well organized, hard working, with the ability to work as part of a team • Experience with a tour operator is a distinct advantage • Affinity with travel industry and knowledge of Thailand and surrounding countries • Ability to work under pressure and timeline Only those with a genuine interest in joining a professional travel company for long-term commitment need apply.
