 Summary of essential job functions • Contacting Carrier for status updates • Clearing Vitual Radar Triggers • Scheduling Pickups in Eflatbed • Confirm Pickups in Eflatbed • Confirming Deliveries in Eflatbed • Creating Status notes within Eflatbed • Notify appropriate parties of any issues (LM or CS) • Conduct follow-ups on open transportation claims including updating specific web based software • Inputting, maintaining and auditing carrier specific information such as insurance documentation and operating authority • Tracking and tracing rail car movement and positions including forwarding status to various PLS rail customers • Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned | |
