| Established in 2011, Silk Way Airlines Limited is a cargo freight services company that offers cargo flights two times per week between Baku, Azerbaijan and Hong Kong. Due to our corporate expansion, we are searching for a Station Coordinator in Hong Kong. The Air Freight Station Coordinator is responsible to:- • Lead in the business development and sales efforts in the Caspian region and in Baku, Azerbaijan • Establish contacts with potential clients locating in Baku and surrounding areas; • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company; • Prepare reports related to the overall performance status of the company; • Propose plan to improve the services of the company; • Negotiate rates and service/operation parameters with carriers; • Ensure process improvements to increase efficiencies, productivity and the quality of customer service; • Liaise and maintain relationship with all key vendors. | |
| Position Requirements | |
| Skills / Industry Qualifications Required: | • Must be fluent in both Azeri and English; • Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administrative, finance, economics, or applied mathematics; • Must have at least 2 or 3years of full-time experience working in a cargo services or logistics company • Should have experience in dealing and able to communicate with customers in the Caspian Region, particularly in Azerbaijan; • Team player with a desire to excel; • Ability to lead by example; • Proactive when dealing with high profile clients; • Interpersonal, delegation, and communication skills. |
