Free Online Puzzle Game – Classic Tetris

Classic Tetris is a fun and addicting puzzle game. Put the falling colored pieces together by matching them with the correct color. Try to avoid leaving spaces, because only horizontal lines count for points. Tip: Place the pieces so that the next available figure will fit in the gap. Note, if you reach the top, the game is over. There is one piece that can fix the situation – a small flashing square. Use it wisely, as it clears up one whole vertical row. So if you have spaces buried underneath somewhere, you can drop the flashing square there and patch the gaps afterwards. You can see the next piece coming in the right top corner of your game screen, therefore you can plan how to align the current piece to better fit the next one. Good luck and have fun!

How to Play: To move a piece left or right, use the ‘Left’ and ‘Right’ arrow keys on your computer keyboard. To rotate a figure, use the ‘Up’ arrow key. To make the figure fall down faster, press the ‘Down’ arrow key. Use Spacebar for a quick drop. Press the ‘P’ key on your keyboard to pause the game and the ‘Q’ key to quit.
