Refund Policy for Education Providers & Student Recruiting Organizations
|
Please note: If your school or company has a
Free account, and you do not make any purchase on
Learn4Good.com for any additional services offered by
Learn4Good.com, then this policy does not apply
to your school or company. This policy applies only
to any school or company that pays for additional
advertising services and featured listings.
Refund Policy:
Learn4Good Networks, (referred
to here as "Learn4Good.com" and "Learn4Good" ), must
receive all requests for refunds, replacements and
adjustments via our contact form, (found at the bottom
corner of every page), within 7 calendar days of the
purchase date. If the refund request is received within
7 days of the payment date, and the customer has not
used his/her Learn4Good account to access the Learn4Good
School Listing System in this period, or hasn’t used
services purchased in this period, the customer will be
granted a full refund for a purchase greater in value
than 100 USD or 80 EUR or 75 GBP.
Please note:
- No refund is made on a purchase of less than or equal
to 100 USD or 80 EUR or 75 GBP.
- No refund is possible once the customer's use of the
Learn4Good service begins, that was paid for through the
purchase.
- All sales on Learn4Good.com are final after the first
student inquiry is received following the payment, or
after the first contact details of a student are opened
by the school's administrator after the payment. There
are no refunds after such actions. Student inquiries and
also searches for student contact details are not
products that can be returned.
- Alternatively, customers may seek an extension of the
paid-for-service over an extended period beyond the
initial campaign end date, if the customer feels that
the minimum service level was not provided by
Learn4Good. In such a case. Learn4Good must agree with
this opinion, before such an extension of the
paid-for-service can occur.
- Alternatively, customers may discuss other options,
replacements or adjustments with Learn4Good, that would
provide excellent value for the purchase made, if the
original minimum service level was not provided by
Learn4Good.
- Refunds, replacements and adjustments will be
considered if received within 7 calendar days of the
purchase date and will also be considered for technical
problems on Learn4Good servers, resulting in the
customer not being able to view or access the Learn4Good
School Listing System. Learn4Good must receive
notification of the problem and be given the opportunity
to fix the problem within 7 calendar days, before a
refund, replacement or adjustment will be considered.
- After 7 calendar days of the date of purchase,
refunds, replacements and adjustments may be considered
at the sole discretion of Learn4Good staff members, only
if the customer's account hasn't been used since
purchase was made.
- In the event that the Learn4Good removes a Listing or
an Educational Institution or a Student Recruiting
Organization from the Learn4Good School Listing System,
which it believes to be either fraudulent or libelous,
(but is not limited to this instance) Learn4Good
reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Further Advice from Learn4Good:
In order to better understand how to properly use the
customer account on the School Listing System, and to
minimize customer error, Learn4Good highly recommends
that before a purchase, the customer:
- views the school listings available live online, in
the public domain for students to see,
- again reads carefully all emails sent to the customer
by Learn4Good staff members,
- again reads the guidelines and recommendations
provided on the Learn4Good School Listing System
frontend, and the Help files provided in it,
- thoroughly understands and appreciates how the
Learn4Good School Listing System works,
- reads the Learn4Good Website
