The Language House:
The Language House is a cross cultural program that offers Arabic language holidays and Arabic immersion programs for adults and teenagers in Marrakesh and Rabat, Morocco. Students can choose between Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) or Colloquial Moroccan Arabic (CMA). Our program caters to all language levels. The standard program is three hours a day /15 hours per week. All of our instructors have university degrees in the teaching of MSA and CMA Arabic. We offer our lessons year round starting every Monday. To insure progress, students must register for a minimum of two weeks of lessons. The Language House homestay immersion program is available at any time of year and is suitable for all ages starting at 16 years old as well as any language level (beginner to advanced). Our programs are ideal for individuals, business, travel or examination revision purposes. All tutors are fully-qualified teachers and native speakers, experienced in teaching their mother tongue as a foreign language.

Modern Standard Ar

Our core curriculum is divided into nine levels. The first six levels' primary components are an intensive study of basic Arabic language grammatical structures, mastery of Arabic script and pronunciation. Throughout this program emphasis is placed on developing the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading & writing), with added emphasis placed on communication through conversation classes.
The later three levels of our program introduce students to more advanced aspects of Arabic, like translation, complex grammar structure, reading analysis, in addition to discussion and presentation courses that help students develop and refine their communicative proficiency.
Moroccan Colloquial Arabic
This Arabic language course introduces the students to Moroccan Colloquial Arabic through activities emphasizing the functional aspect of the dialect. This course covers the basic grammatical structure of the dialect and aims to expand students' vocabulary and develop their oral skills through interaction with native speakers, film discussions, and other interactive activities. This Arabic course can be more immersed in the rich Moroccan culture through proverb studies.
Multi-Country Adventure Prog

Created to allow you to become fluent in either two or more languages, this program enables you to explore different languages and cultures by spending significant time in several locations. You have the opportunity to study French, Arabic, Italian, Turkish, Greek and/or Spanish for three hours each day as well as partake in the cultural activities offered. You may choose Group lessons or the One to One Homestay option.
The Language House provides the most flexible muti course program offered as you may choose any length of time starting from the minimum of 12 weeks in any of four countries without a maximum limit. Design your own voyage abroad experience exactly to suit your needs, time frame and budget to allow you to live abroad as long as you'd like. Our Multi-Country Adventure Program allows you to add on our TESOL/TEFL Course or an Internship.
The Language House homestay program
Language homestays combine living and studying abroad in your tutor’s own home. You can take advantage of learning at your own rhythm, pace and level, meeting friends, neighbors and professional colleagues etc. to help improve your language skills. On one of our cultural immersion experiences you will share meals and all aspects of social and cultural life as a member of your teacher’s family, including local trips and excursions. Formal lessons are structured around your own subjects of interest for 15 or 20 hours per week, scheduled at the times that suit you best. This leaves plenty of time for your own independent study, leisure time and sight seeing so you can enjoy a first-hand experience of the real language and life
style.
