We offer free classes, yoga therapy and massage services, 30 day and flexible yoga teacher training and yoga therapy certification programs registered with the Yoga Alliance, as well as massage, Tai Chi, and herbalist certification programs. 3% of all class proceeds are donated to Lift a Spirit Foundation charities each month.
