With two locations in New York City (in Manhattan and Queens), our main objective is to assist you, whether you are a high school student or a transfer student, gain entrance into the university art program or the private art school of your choice. Courses / Programs:
At the Ashcan Studio, we have basic, intermediate and advanced portfolio preparation programs designed to complete 15-20 art works for your portfolio, in six months to a year. Shorter terms are also offered. We provide programs in the fields of fine art and design, visual arts, painting, drawing, sculpture, figure drawing, fashion design, multi-media, interior design, architecture and more.
We also offer:
- Summer / Winter break program for high school and college transfer students utilizes the period during the summer / winter break to accomplish 10 - 15 portfolio pieces.
- Condensed Period Portfolio Preparation: an intensive program of between 12 - 24 weeks.
