Painting Holidays in Spain

estudio 61, Marbella:
estudio 61 is a professional art studio located in Marbella, Andalucia in southern Spain. JoeDaisy Studio is a very successful art school in the UK and this is our new studio in Marbella. We are renowned painting holiday and painting courses providers. You can choose to paint in either watercolour, oils or acrylics. We have all professional art materials on site. You paint in the studio and on location to wonderful places in the area.

Painting Holidays:
Marbella is a very unique place. You can enjoy the sun, the beach, tthe restaurants, the parks and countryside for a week or two with some satisfying and rewarding painting. All your art materials are provided. We work with you to give you as much training as you require. Paint in oils, acrylics or watercolour.

Summer Art Schools:
A 4 week course which concentrates on "Drawing to Painting". Inspirations are a starting point for your painting. This course is about drawing as inspiration. You are shown how to approach drawing, how to develop drawing and how to create subsequent paintings in all media.

Painting Weekends:
Every weekend there is a painting course. We have a variety of courses from beginners in oils, watercolour or acrylics through to Stage 3 where you really concentate on your own style. The weekends are Saturday and Sunday but you can tag on extra days either side.

Spring & Autumn Terms:
Spring term starts in January each year for a period of 12 weeks. Autumn Term starts in September for a period of 12 weeks. One lesson a week.

Studio Membership:
Come in and paint on a monthly basis. Up to 6 hours per week - or more. You choose. Use your own paints or use ours. Very good rates for members to come and paint in a sociable and inspiring atmosphere

Intensive Painting Courses:
We offer 6 week intensive courses in watercolour, oils or acrylics. These courses are available any time of the year- you just tell us when!

"Pop In" Days:
Our "pop in" days mean you can just come along and paint for a couple of hours or so. You need to telephone to book though we are getting increasingly busy. Price is just 10 euros per hour. Incjudes a canvas and all materials.

Tailor Make Your Own Course:
We are open every day, so you can tailor make your own programme. Come for as long or as short a period as you require. Developing in your own way, with our individual tuition, to become an artist. Stay in an apartment in Marbella or hostal and come to the studio for 2/3 days a week or a full week for 1 month, 6 months or 12 months. The choice is yours.
