Miami Dade College, New World School of Arts:
New World School of Arts, located in the heart of downtown Miami (at the Wolfson Campus of Miami Dade College), develops talented students in the areas of music, theater, dance and visual arts and offers a Bachelor in Music Degree or Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees. New World School of Arts is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

Curriculum:
* Independent study and experimental opportunities stimulating artistic problem solving and creative growth are encouraged throughout the curriculum, as well as studios, workshops, master classes, internships, residencies with arts companies, and collaborative crossdisciplinary student projects.

* The curriculum of the school is designed to develop both the academic and artistic skills of talented students to prepare them as practicing artists in the changing context of contemporary society.
