Taught in the English language, our French Pastry courses are hands-on and aim to equip you with the practical skills you need to succeed in this field. You will receive a French Gourmet Certificate or Diploma upon full completion of your program.
French Pastry Programs:
Our French pastry courses are suitable for Hospitality Management students, professional cooks who want to improve their knowledge in pastry arts (one star Michelin level)
, or individuals who wish to take on a new direction in life and learn the arts of French Pastry and Baking.
You will have the option of taking intensive French language classes
as part of your program. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take part in culinary internships
in hotels and restaurants in France.
• 1 month Gourmet Certificate:
30 hours per week
- 15 hours pastry lessons + 15 hours cooking lessons
• 2 or 3 month Gastronomic Certificate:
30 hours per week - 15 hours of hands-on Pastry classes and15 hours of French lessons
• Chocolate Showpiece: 15 hours:
This program consists of 3 hours of Chocolate showpiece lessons per day over 5 days. It has to be taken by students attending another program, but it is necessary for a minimum of 6 students to register for the course.
• Sugar Decoration Course: 15 hours
This course provides you with an introduction to Sugar Art, which integrates Puffed and Pulled Sugar Techniques. It consists of 3 hours of classes for 5 days.
• Full Program:
- 3 month Pastry course + 4 months internship in a luxury restaurant in France
• Cooking Diploma Programs:
- 1-Year Diploma (3 months pastry, 3 months cooking & 6 months internship)
- 2-Year Diploma in Gastronomic Food & Beverage Management
