Vatel offers a complete under-graduate, post-graduate and EMBA programme which lasts 5 years. Hotel Management: Vatel Nimes offers 3 different degrees that are taught in English and that cater to a student's educational level and professional experience. All of these are double degrees where students can obtain a European Degree as well as a French National University Degree.

Undergraduate level : European Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management & French National University Degree
The Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management trains students for operational and administrative management positions. The programme combines cutting-edge management science with traditional know-how in hotel and restaurant management. Course work is reinforced through immediate application of knowledge in practical settings. Programmes are taught in English at Vatel Nimes in the south of France where the school has its own 4* Hotel.

Postgraduate level : Executive MBA in International Hotel Management & French National University Degree
The MBA in International Hotel and Tourism Management combines a university teaching approach with a professional edge, whose aim is to train operational and higher managers in the field of hospitality with a wide range of equipment and facilities (business, leisure, sports...) pertaining to international companies.
