Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program
The Hult curriculum is designed to give students a practical management education and is an innovative response to the demands of corporate world for MBAs who can actually get things done. Within one intense year, students gain the tools and knowledge needed to be successful in today's competitive business world.

Curriculum Structure
The Hult MBA program is an intensive one-year program beginning with a four-week toolbox and four individual modules,Business Schools / MBA Programs addressing different stages in the growth of a business. The toolbox is specially designed to cover the requisite skills and basic business knowledge that is vital to complete Hult's accelerated MBA program. The specific content in each module is designed to provide our students with the three competencies that are the tools and techniques for success in today's business world: business fundamentals, global consciousness, presentations and execution skills.

At Hult we believe that not everything can be learned in a classroom. Action Learning is an integral part of our curriculum to integrate classroom learning into real-life situations. Theoretical concepts come to life during the Action Learning Project and business simulation exercises.

MBA Toolbox
The accelerated one-year MBA is very demanding and requires that students be up to speed in a few skill sets in the outset. In particular, students must be able to read and understand business cases, perform basic financial and quantitative analysis, present data and analysis logically and clearly, manage time effectively and write clearly in English. The MBA Toolbox provides preparation for the program by giving students four weeks to practice case analyses, review and improve their accounting and finance skills, develop their oral presentation abilities and acquire the basic tools to manage a diverse cross-cultural team. Critical quantitative and communication skills will be assessed with constructive feedback provided. Basic fluency with business terms and concepts will also be addressed.

Module A - Foundations
Every MBA must understand the fundamental functional specialties of a business. The courses in Module A provide the functional building blocks for students to be able to understand the business as a whole and to proceed to strategic analysis in Module B. Each course will provide students with the opportunity to solve particular functionally oriented problems, equipping students with the appropriate analytic tools and techniques to assess the issues.

Subjects covered: International Financial Management I; International Accounting; International Marketing Management; Global Management; Managerial Economics; Managerial Decision Making 

Module B - Integration
Leading at the competitive edge requires sustaining the operation while being affected by unexpected changes. The focus of this module will be acquiring the skills necessary to evaluate macro-economic data, anticipate risk and reward, and design strategies for positioning the business in global marketplaces.

Subjects covered: International Financial Management II; Strategy; Operations Management; National Strategies and the Global Economy; Consulting Methods; Project Management 

Modules C & D - Global Application I & II
The main emphasis of these capstone modules is on developing lasting strategies for success in the global marketplace. Participants leverage their industry experience and newly acquired knowledge in the assessment of successful implementation strategies to create lasting value for organizations. They extend their personal mastery in particular areas through the selection of four electives. Students will be given the option to do their electives in a truly international environment on Hult's Boston, London, Dubai, or Shanghai campuses. In module D, classes are complemented by a faculty-sponsored Action Learning Project, in which students are required to work in teams to solve an actual business problem for a client. 
 
Other Programs: Pre-MBA Foundation Course, Optional Pre-MBA Business English Course, Optional Expert English courses throughout the MBA year.
