MBA Program in BC, Canada

University of Northern British Columbia MBA Program:
The University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) in Canada offers a 21 month Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program. Classes are held one weekend per month plus students attend two one-week residency sessions, primarily in the city of Prince George, BC. The MBA program covers the major disciplinary areas within business studies, including strategy, economics, accounting, finance, organizational behaviour, marketing, and operations management. We offer smaller class sizes that guarantee quality face-to-face interaction with professors and peers. Classes work on a cohort system which allows students to build a valuable network of colleagues. We also offer a high degree of flexibility to allow students to obtain a graduate degree while maintaining employment.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree Program:

The MBA program strives to provide students with the knowledge, skills, attributes and networks required for leadership and success in today's demanding business environment. The courses that make up the MBA are designed to provide students with a broad-based foundation of the fundamentals of business without isolating one particular functional area, which would limit your ability to objectively look at a business on a whole. In these courses, students will complete action-based learning assignments that test the skills developed in the classroom in relevant business situations that will apply in many industries and business sectors.

For the 2010-11 academic year the MBA program structure is:

Year 2:
