Barista English Certificate:
Looking for a job while studying English? With more people drinking coffee and their expectations of quality coffee getting higher, there is a real need for formal Barista English Certificate training.

If you would like to work and learn English within one of the many areas of the coffee industry, you must respond to this heightened customer sophistication by taking the Barista English Certificate at Royal Cambridge College.

Strong competition in specialty coffee makes it imperative that you have the necessary Barista knowledge along with English language skills to succeed.

The Barista English Certificate is a concentrated learning experience. It takes a four week program from 9:00 am to 4.00pm each day. Upon completion, a Certificate of Achievement is issued to successful candidates.

Cambridge English Communication:
The Cambridge English Communication Program is a multi-levelled curriculum aimed to teach students with varying English language experience English as well as to prepare students for the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations.

Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE):
Fully operational command of English, using accurate and appropriate language to express complex ideas and concepts. Suitable for postgraduates and English teachers.

Certificate in Advanced English (CAE):
Good operational command of English, able to handle communication in most situations. Suitable for academic purposes

First Certificate in English (FCE):
Generally effective command of English, able to handle communication in familiar situations. Suitable for international workplaces

Preliminary English Test (PET):
Limited but effective command of English, able to handle communication in most familiar situations

Key English Test (KET):
Basic command of English, able to convey basic meaning in highly predictable situations

Let’s Rock and Talk:
Let’s Rock and Talk, is a versatile, three-level, short speaking and listening course that takes students from a high-beginning to high-intermediate level. The program aims to help students to develop English Language listening and speaking skills.

Let’s Rock and Talk is a one hour per day, four days per week, program offered by Royal Cambridge College.

Each level provides real life English listening and speaking skills development instruction centered around the student. Students are provided with a unique opportunity to enhance their English language training in a variety of situations including conversations, interviews, radio and TV shows and talking points.

Talking points provide fun ways for students to further improve English proficiency and reinforce vocabulary. They include pair, group and class activities such as games, information gaps, surveys and discussions.

Work Experience Internship Program:
The Work Experience Internship Program is a great way for students to learn English and at the same time, put what they have learned into practice. Royal Cambridge College offers great internship programs that will allow you to gain valuable work experience in Canada while completing your English Diploma.
