Our mission is to provide superior, career-oriented programs that will prepare graduates to meet the needs and expectations of employers. To strive at all times to achieve excellence in education.
We believe that education is not just learning a set of job skills or memorizing facts but facilitating higher order awareness, thinking, problem solving, emotional maturity, and social skills that will distinguish us as excellent contributors in work and life, and provide a quality experience of life as balanced self-determined people. This means that our focus is not on what we teach but on what students learn; not on where we are at and what we need, but where our students are at and what they need to achieve success as they define it. This means discovering and honoring the strengths, values, and knowledge they have acquired on their journey and building on that foundation.
