Tianjin, a beautiful seaport city among the four municipalities in China, is adjacent to the capital city Beijing but has the advantage of a significantly lower cost of education and living than that of the nearby capital. The distance between the centers of the two cities is 120 kilometers (less than 30 minutes trip by inter-city fast shuttle trains which run day and night, and at 15 to 30 minutes intervals.
