If you're coming by subway, you should get off at People's Square and proceed to exit 14 (which is located near line 8). On leaving the station, walk on for 2 blocks. You'll find Asia Mansion on the left side of the street, a golden-coloured building. Mandarin House People's Square Centre is on the 12th floor.
