- Work on farms, ranches and with artisan producers in Colorado, from the North Fork Valley to Boulder County.
- Complete your farm to table experience with exciting two-week apprenticeships in some of Colorado's finest restaurants whose chefs purchase directly from local family farmers.
This 5-week externship transforms your relationship with food and cooking. As a Farm to Table Culinary Arts graduate, you will have a positive impact on the direction of American food culture.
