IFL Language School is a small and friendly school located in the most prestigious residential district of Bangkok. The school specialises in providing quality language education to adult and young learners. We teach General and Business English as well as other European languages - Russian, French and German. For English courses the learning options are: one-to-one tuition, mini-group and standard group classes. Other languages are taught only individually. General English (GE)
Multilevel general English course.
The course is designed for adult learners who would like to improve abilities in all language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. The main emphasis is to develop your confidence in speaking and listening as well as to help you become more accurate in using the language. Our approach places equal importance on developing fluency and accuracy of the students' speech.
The course consists of five levels: BREAKTHROUGH, WAYSTAGE, THRESHOLD, VANTAGE, OPERATIONAL PROFICIENCY. Each level is usually 120 hours* long.
Study options
Individually, in mini-groups (2-4 students) and in stadard groups (6-10 students).
Minimum lessons weekly
3 for the individual and mini-group options. 1 or 2-hour* classes are held twice or three times a week.
4 for the standard group option. 2-hour* classes are held twicea week.
Course start
Course can be started any time throughout the year if you are planning to take it individually or in a mini-group. If you intend to study it in a standard group follow the announcements on our web-site.

Business English (BE)
The course is designed for adult learners who need English for their work. The participants of the course can expect to improve their fluency, accuracy and effectiveness of communication in business environment.
The content of the course
We design the content of the course to the language level and the specific needs of the participants.The course may cover the following: business writing, telephoning, negotiating, presenting your organization or product, etc.

TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC Preparation
Participants of our International Examination Preparation Courses review English grammar, boost their vocabulary and develop speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Sample tests are provided to familiarize students with the format of the examinations. Tests are marked and discussed in class.

Individually, in mini-groups (2-4 students) and in stadard groups (6-10 students).
Minimum lessons weekly
2-hour* class is held once a week preferrably on Saturdays.
The course length
Course length is 100 contact hours*.
Entry requirements
Our school does not recommend this course to complete beginners - people with no previous language learning experience

Currently we provide the following Russian courses:
•Multilevel General Russian for individuals.
•Multilevel Business Russian for individuals.

Course options
If you are planning to learn any of the above languages be ready to study for at least one year with at least two 2-hour classes a week. Our teachers are able to provide explanations in English.
