Hanbridge School:
Hanbridge School was established in Singapore in 2002 as a language institution. During the first two years of operation, Hanbridge focused on Chinese language tuition and part-time English courses. In September 2005, Hanbridge School entered a new milestone by attaining Singapore CaseTrust certification. New courses such as diploma & advanced diploma programmes have been introduced since then. We also offer GCE O level courses and government school preparation courses to prepare children and foreign students for admission to primary school, secondary school, polytechnics and GCE O level courses.

Study in Singapore: GCE O Level Preparation Course (January / February 2010 Intake)
This one-year course is designed to help students to excel at the Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘O’ Level Examination which is a requirement for admission to junior colleges, local polytechnics and overseas universities. Cambridge General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level (GCE “O” Level) is recognized worldwide. A passport for students to enter top tertiary institutions in Singapore and overseas. It enable students to further studies in any of the Government Polytechnics or Junior Colleges in Singapore.

Admissions
- Aged 15 years or above as of 1st January in the year of registration for the examinations.
- Score at least 70% in the Hanbridge entrance test.

Course Introduction
- The GCE “O” level Certificate is recognised worldwide. With this qualification, students can continue to pursue their post-secondary education in local polytechnics or junior colleges or overseas Universities.

Subjects: English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Additional Mathematics, Principle of Accounting and Chinese (optional)

Intake & Duration: January / February 2010 = 10.5 months duration

Examination: October / November (results released in January of the following year).

Singapore Government School Preparation Courses - Primary & Secondary School
Foreign students who are interested in studying in mainstream Government schools must take an entrance test.

Course Preparation
Teaching methods are based on mainstream schools’ syllabuses and curriculum. Text books are selected from MOE-approved publishers. This course is designed to provide students with specific exam skills and mastery of English language. It will also give them a broad understanding of the culture and learning environment in local Government schools

Curriculum
Class levels are categorized according to student entry level to mainstream schools, Primary One to Secondary Three, based on the student’s age and level 

Entry Requirement
- Students aged between 6 and 16 years old are eligible for the preparation course

Duration = 6 months

Government Polytechnic Preparation Course

This is a specially designed curriculum for foreign students who have completed Year 12 of their High School studies and also to those who are interested in studying at local polytechnics. All the preparation subjects are taught in English and students will need to pass the placement test in order to get admissions into any one of the five Polytechnics.

Students seek admissions in the Polytechnics are allowed to work part-time and full-time during vacations. Graduates will also be given PR invitation upon graduation.

Entry Requirement
Below 24 years old; Completed Year 12.
