Holistic Massage Diploma
This course is designed to train students to a professionally competent level in order to carry out a comprehensive range of massage techniques. This course is divided into three modules which comprise of massage, anatomy and physiology and business. The course is 50% practical which covers all the benefits of a holistic massage treatment and the relaxing benefits it has on clients. Massage has been incorporated into many health systems and this course forms the core basis for further learning of a wide variety of other complementary therapies.
Sports Injury Massage
Students must have completed the diploma in holistic massage. This course is very suitable for therapist who want to widen their skills in sports injury and rehabilitation treatment. In this course we go into great detail with muscle assessment detailed treatment plan incorporating Nmt, soft tissue release, Met, etc. Detailed study is given to the stretching techniques and rehabilitation programmes. Many students from this course have set up their own clinic, work with teams or work in physiotherapy clinic's.
Personal trainer's diploma
The fitness leader's diploma course must be completed prior to commencing the personal trainer's diploma.The aim of this course is to develop fitness leader's knowledge in gym instruction and in advanced training principles. This course covers advanced exercise and fitness knowledge, advanced fitness programming. It also covers detailed information on rehabilitation programmes for clients. Diet and nutrition is also a large component of the course which covers detailed healthy eating plans.
Diet and Nutrition diploma
Nutrition is now a high profile subject within the health and fitness industry. Fitness professionals need to be able to support their prescribed exercise programmes with proven nutritional advice designed to meet the established goals and aspirations of their clients.
