The Institute of Travel and Tourism Studies (ITTNZ) is an offshore academic institution established to offer virtual training in commercial aviation, aviation safety, and tourism studies to international students. Since its formation in 2005, the ITT has attracted dozens of international students from over 25 countries to its world class Flight Attendant training program, and has partnered on this project with some of the leading airline companies in the world. Administered from its offshore centre in Wellington, New Zealand, the Institute maintains an extended network of agency representatives, partner institutions and shared classroom facilities in over fifteen countries worldwide, but with particular emphasis on the Caribbean, Africa and the Americas.

Flight Attendant Training / Diplom
a in Airline and Passenger Safety:This is a comprehensive training program for persons who wish to pursue a career as a Flight Attendant.
The course was designed as instructed in the guidelines of the United States Federal Aviation Administration and the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority. Therefore, students trained by us have attained the international training standard required by some of the most prominent airline companies in the world.
The 2-month theory of the course can be done completely online or at any of our eighteen classroom facilities worldwide. The practical training is done in the United Kingdom and / or the United States by a small grouping of airlines with whom we have existing contracts to train our Flight Attendants.
Virgin Atlantic Ticketing and Fares course:The Virgin Atlantic Ticketing and Fares course is a four months comprehensive training package developed for students or individuals desirous of venturing into a career as a travel agent, tour operator, international travel consultant, or is seeking to upgrade their qualifications to management levels within the airline and travel industry.
The course which is divided into two certificate levels was developed by Virgin Atlantic Airways and the Guild of Travel Management companies, and is recognised by 
IATA, all major airlines and civil aviation authorities around the world.
Upon completion of the course the student will be awarded certification by Virgin Atlantic Airways, and would have learnt all of the major aspects of travel and airline reservations systems including;
- Defining IATA geographical areas and global routing indicators
- Plan and book complex travel arrangements
- Interpret various airline coding system including airline, cities, airports, countries and currency coding system.
- Identify differing fare types and their characteristics
- Complete MPDs/MCOs for airport ticket issue, and numerous other aspects of airline reservations using Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan & Apollo.
