Participants learn German, discover South Germany, Heidelberg and its surrounding and get familiar with German culture and lifestyle. The cultural program is an integral part of our Language Courses. Guided tours through the city of Heidelberg, sightseeing trips to the Heidelberg castle and the local museums, events such as concerts and theatre venues, daytrips to beautiful German typical cities such as Schwetzingen, Speyer in the Palatinate region or Baden-Baden or to bigger cities such as Frankfurt or Stuttgart.  The cultural program also encourages participants to get to know one another and make international friends.

AccommodationParticipating in a German Language Course at the Collegium Palatinum gives access to a wide range of accommodation´s options: Accommodation in a double or single room in our student residence on self-catering basis is ideal for those who want to be independent and make international friends.  Guest families with breakfast or halfboard are an excellent option for those who want to share the daily life with Germans while practicing the language. Hotel and pensions are recommended for short stays to participants with a compact timetable. Private shared rooms or flats for those registrering for a course only can be booked directly on the internet .
