VCAD maintains close ties with the graphic design industry to continually assess our curriculum and gain insight about industry needs. Our Fine Arts diploma program is highly-regarded for providing a well-rounded arts education in an environment that emphasizes creativity and individuality.

Graphic Design diploma program:
In this program, you will focus on learning techniques used in both traditional and computer graphic design, including drawing, design and color theory, typography as well as the standard software used in the industry. You will learn to design for publications, packaging, advertising, corporate branding and websites. You will build a skill set that compliments your artistic talents so you can launch a successful career as a graphic designer.

Career opportunities exist in a wide variety of IT and media career fields, including graphic design firms, marketing agencies and advertising companies. Newspapers, magazines, professional printers and web development companies all require graphic designers.
