Standard English Course

IELTS Course
- Focus on four areas of the test: reading, writing, listening and speaking
- Selected and redesigned IELTS course material to ensure that our curriculum provides the most comprehensive preparation for the test
Singapore Government School Preparation Course
- Singapore has more than 190 Primary Schools and more than 130 Secondary Schools in Singapore
- Foreign students who are interested in studying in mainstream Government schools must take an entrance test
- Subjects: English written and oral tests, Math and/or Science in English Language.
- Primary School Enrolment : Primary 1-5 (6th Grade Examination / PSLE)
- Secondary School Enrolment : Secondary 1-3 (10th Grade / Middle School fourth-grade)
Course Preparation
- Teaching methods are based on mainstream schools’ syllabuses and curriculum
- Text books are selected from MOE-approved publishers
- Designed to provide students with specific exam skills and mastery of English language
- A broad understanding of the culture and learning environment in local Government schools
Curriculum
- Class levels are categorized according to student entry level to mainstream schools, Primary One to Secondary Three, based on the student’s age and level
Entry Requirement
- Students aged between 6 and 16 years old are eligible for the preparation course
- Duration: 6 months
GCE “O” Level
- The GCE “O” level Certificate is recognised worldwide. With this qualification, students can continue to pursue their post-secondary education in local polytechnics or junior colleges or overseas Universities.
- Enable to continue studies in five Singapore Government Polytechnics or Singapore Junior Colleges.
- Admission: Aged 15 years or above as of 1st January in the year of registration for the examinations.
- Subjects: English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Additional Mathematics, Principle of Accounting and Chinese (optional)
- Intake & Duration: 1st week of January each year; 10.5 months duration
- Examination: October / November
- Results Released : January of the following year.

After GCE "O" level, students aare given 5 Singapore Government Polytechnics choices:
- Singapore Polytechnics
- Ngee Ann Polytechnic
- Republic Polytechnic
- Temasek Polytechnics
- Nanyang Polytechnic
- Singapore Polytechnics are worldwide recognition as comprehensive education
- Recognized by top overseas universities.
- Tuition fees are subsidized heavily by Government
- Allowed to apply for Permanent Residency in Singapore
Entry requirements:
- Cambridge GCE “O” level results OR
- Any other qualification equivalent of GCE “O” level
- High School Result must be min 70%.
Polytechnic Preparation Course:
- Focus on employing model questions and answers
- Equip students with the techniques and skills to sit for the entrance tests
- All subjects are taught in English
