They are state certified teachers who are qualified by their formal education and chosen for their ability to teach and respond in a warm and understanding manner. For many, their backgrounds include Associate or Bachelor of Arts Degrees in early childhood or elementary education. Our experienced staff directly assists in planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for each age level. We strive to maintain consistency among teachers in the development of all students and encourage a stable, nurturing and uninterrupted learning experience throughout the academic day.

Our students have achieved great results. Strong academic performance on standardized tests, on average, place our students in the top percentiles nationally. To contribute to learning, an assistant teacher is added in the multi-graded classrooms whenever the class sizes reaches 15 or more. We monitor your child’s progress carefully, report test results, and apply best practices to improve our teaching techniques and your child’s learning abilities. JFH teachers are constantly improving their skills, techniques and practices through frequent in-service seminars and on-and-off-site training.
