Fox River Country Day School:
Our school is located in Elgin, Illinois. Elgin is situated on the banks of the Fox River, 35 miles northwest of Chicago. This Natural Heritage Landmark can be found at the intersection of I-90 and Route 25. Location and Facilities:
The campus is located on 53 wooded acres in a country setting. The administration building was designed by John Van Bergen, a student of Frank Lloyd Wright, in 1929. It houses our offices, the Middle School humanities classes, the main Spanish room, and the Environmental Education office and classroom.

Directions from the North
Take Route 25 south. Shortly after you pass Route 72 (Higgins Rd.) you will see Santa's Village (right), Ford Dealer (left), and The Milk Pail (right). After you pass The Milk Pail you will come to a stop light, the school is located on your right just after the stop light. If you pass over I-90 (Northwest Tollway) you have gone too far.
Directions from the South
Take Route 25 north. After you pass over I-90 (Northwest Tollway) the school is located on your left before the next stoplight.
Directions from the East
Take I-90 (Northwest Tollway) west to the Route 25 (Dundee Ave.) exit and turn right (north). Pass over the Tollway and school entrance will be the first left before next stoplight.
Directions from the West
Take I-90 (Northwest Tollway) east to the Route 25 (Dundee Ave.) exit and turn right (north). Pass over the Tollway and school entrance will be the first left before stoplight.
