Located in East Memphis, Tennessee, the Bruneau Academy offers foreign language classes, tutoring and cultural awareness classes to students of all ages. Serving the Greater Memphis area, we provide beginner advanced, and conversational classes for Spanish, English (as a Second Language), French, Italian, German, Russian, Portuguese and Arabic. We schedule group classes on a semester basis, and these classes have a maximum of 8 students. Individual classes can begin at any time and we tailor classes to meet your specific needs. Tutoring can also begin at any time.

Beginner Spanish:
For people eager to learn the wonderful Spanish language we offer relaxed classes with guidance and instruction to help you reach your goal. In the beginner´s class we focus on the Spanish Alphabet, pronunciation of consonants, introduction to the definite article, introduction to pronouns, subject pronouns as well as simple greetings, hobbies and words for everyday life.
Intermediate Spanish:
In Intermediate Spanish we take you to another level. You learn about the diffferences between the tenses, how to converse easily using correct grammatical points. We also discuss current news topics and read articles together in class.
Advanced Spanish:
Advanced Spanish is suitable for those who have spent a lot of time in a Spanish speaking country. Students are able to discuss, speak openly, disagree and negotiate in Spanish. Reading and discussing newspaper and magazine articles help the students to master the language.
