St. George Academy is a small international day school and Early Childhood Centre centrally located in Nagoya, on the Pacific coast in the Chūbu region on central Honshū in eastern Japan. We offer regular full time instruction to students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 and Tutoring (Full or Part time) on a needs based system for older learners to Grade 12. Our student body is composed of learners aged 2 to 17 years old representing diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds from countries all over the world.
After attending St. George Academy our students have been placed in top public and private schools in Canada, the United States, Great Britain, Japan, Australia, Finland, Holland, Germany and many others.
A Personal Education Plan is developed for each learner that is based on an enriched version of the critically acclaimed, internationally accepted Core Knowledge curriculum and considers each learner’s gifts, unique needs, home counties' educational requirements or exit requirements based on their next destination. Our school program is further enhanced by co-curricular programs such as modern language classes, co-ed ‘inclusive’ sports teams, special interest classes and events.

- Early Childhood Centre offering Pre-School, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs to young learners aged 2 to 5 years
- Grade School for children from 1st to 8th Grade
