Receptionist Diploma Course:
This course can be completed in 6 weeks full-time (based on approx 20 hours per week) or 110 hours flexi study (part-time study including evenings). You will choose your own hours and work at your own pace in our comfortable premises, helped by experienced tutors as required. On completion, you will receive a Pitman Training Diploma that is recognised nationally and internationally by employers.

Your Pitman Training Diploma will be issued upon successful completion of the core and elective subjects. Students must attend the Professional Receptionist Seminar which is a one day seminar. The objective of the seminar is to help the student understand the importance of the receptionist’s role and how to project the best image for your company.
