Italian PLUS Program (Ideal for beginners):
Study for up to one full year in Italy! Learn to speak Italian and discover the various charms of Italy
. You will learn how to prepare delicious Italian home cuisine, local foods and restaurants, and much more! Experience the wonders of Italy that you can only know by living in it!
The main objective of the course is to learn the Italian language, taking 20 lessons per week (in a group of 15 students max.), or 15 lessons per week (in a group of 8 students max.). In addition to this, we added monthly guided visits to interesting spots in Florence and Tuscany, and monthly Italian home-cooking lessons in which you can learn 4-5 dishes at each lesson!
The Italian PLUS program includes:
- Basic Italian lessons:
The students study basic Italian from the first level in small classes. From practical conversation, how to shop, how to ask the ways, number, etc.you will learn Italian step by step, and at the end of the course, you will be able to use intermediate to high level Italian.
The lessons put equal importance on conversation, grammatical rules, writing and listening. The class size is limited to 15 students for the group course and 8 for the semi-private course. It is ideal for those intending to learn Italian while enjoying other activities. Classes are organized in small groups, so instructor can pay more attention on each student, and students have more chances to speak out and ask questions.
- Toscana homemade cooking (monthly):
We offer you the opportunity to learn to cook magnificent Italian full course menus with 4 or 5 recipes every time, from appetizer, pasta, main dish, and dessert. Instructors are well-known cuisine professionals in Florence and lessons are held in the kitchen of their place with a cheerful and casual atmosphere, and you can enjoy tasting over wine afterwards. Even beginners can try excellent Italian recipes and study its language at the same time on site.
- Basic English conversation lessons: 2 lessons per day, two days per week x 24 weeks - optional for non-native English speakers.
