Italian language and culture:
six levels from absolute beginners up to perfecting. Small groups.
Italian cooking classes:
This course includes lessons in Italian language in the morning (grammar and
conversation, 9:00 to 13:00) and in the afternoon practical and theoretical
lessons in Italian cooking (the teacher explains typical Italian recipes,
then students prepare the food together and learn the lexicon), in Italian
wine (a specialised teacher teaches how to taste a wine, the students learn
the lexicon and taste the wine, while typical Tuscan snacks are served).
Furthermore, the course includes visits to a Tuscan winery in the famous
Chianti area (wonderful in spring, summer and autumn), where you will learn
how the wine is produced, to the typical food market in the centre of
Florence and to a pizzeria where the students can try pizza making with
their hands.

If you need, we have also programs with classes plus private tutition in English.
