Milestones Preschool, Los Angeles:
Milestones Preschool Program is a play based preschool program located in the beautiful neighborhood of Lower Ladera in Inglewood, Los Angeles, California close to Westchester and Culver City. At Milestones we take extra care in making children feel safe, comfortable and loved. We provide children a rich environment to explore and discover. Our goal for our graduates is to enter kindergarten as self confident, effective problem solvers. Our philosophy is influenced by the teachings of Reggio, a philosophy that believes that children thrive when given time to ask questions, test theories and explore topics that interest them. Reading, writing, math, science and social development is taught through play. Teachers take much care in planning curriculum to stay within the child’s interest zone. We are a bilingual Program; we speak, sing songs, do rhymes, finger plays count and introduce letters in both Spanish and English.
