The Baltimore International College (BIC), located in Baltimore, MD, is an independent, not-for-profit four-year college offering master's, baccalaureate, associate degrees and certificate programs through BIC's School of Graduate Studies, School of Culinary Arts, and School of Hotel Restaurant and Catering Management.
BIC is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association, approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission, and programmatically accredited by the American Culinary Federation. Students receive hands on instruction from chefs and professors who have real world experience.
In 2006, BIC received approval by MHEC and MSCHE to establish a Graduate Studies Program in Hospitality Management. The graduate program offers a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management.
